A good object asks a quiet question before it answers a need. Our design process begins not with dimensions, but with intention — how should this feel in the hand, and what should it say when it says nothing? Form, material, texture, and experience are treated as one continuous act of thinking, producing objects that earn their place in a life rather than merely occupy a shelf. We see design not as decoration, but as the earliest form of care.

An idea is only as true as its execution. Through deep material knowledge and close collaboration with trusted manufacturing partners across Asia, we translate thoughtful design into products that hold their integrity at scale — from first sample to final shipment. Every stage of production is considered part of the design, because what a product feels like in the hand is as much a craft decision as what it looks like on paper.

Douglas brings together manufacturing expertise with a long-term perspective on global collaboration. With more than 15 years of experience across sourcing, production, and international trade, he has helped shape YoungTide into a bridge between creative ambition and industrial capability — building partnerships grounded in trust, precision, and continuity.
Woody believes design is a way of understanding how people think, feel, and connect with the world around them. Working across branding, product design, and digital art, he approaches creation as a balance between clarity, emotion, and function. At YoungTide, he leads a design culture shaped by craft, experimentation, and contemporary thinking.
